WORKING PROCESSES

LASER CUT

The laser cut is an accurate machinery that we use to cut big panels in bi dimensional and complex shapes. It works in a fast and exact way leaving a polished finishing at the cutting borders.

MECHANICAL WORKS

We work with panel saw, traditional cutter and numerical control cutter for the cutting and shaping of elements of any size (up to 3 meters of length and 500mm diameters) . Manual milling or numerical control milling of plastic materials, non-ferrous metal alloys and other materials.

THERMOFORMING

THERMOFORMIG

By hot thermoforming on stamps and hot bending we can create a big variety of objects, this working process includes stamping of plastic panels and embossed plates, hot marking, the creation of elements such as bars, cones, furniture, caps and lighting.
